HSC conducted impact analysis and piloted an EMR / EHR (electronic medical record / electric health record) launch to understand key risks and issues. HSC developed a phased launch plan to mitigate negative impacts to patients’ experience, which included oversight of the data conversion process, rapid training content development, and organizational change management planning to accelerate buy-in and adoption. In addition, HSC stood up Clinical, Operational, and Executive advisory teams to ensure strategic alignment.
