Our Story

At Hazel Seybert Consulting, we specialize in making the complex simple - and making the simple meaningful - for everyone involved. Our approach of servant leadership is built into our DNA and represented in the name of our business.

You might be wondering how we got our name, Hazel Seybert Consulting, more commonly referred to as HSC?

The name Hazel Seybert originates from the street names and communities in which each of our founders once resided. Ray lived on Hazel Avenue in West Philadelphia and Natasha lived on Seybert Street located in North Philadelphia. The street names not only represent how they united as a team to build their business but also represent the humble beginnings that instilled their sense of hard work and determined optimism.

As a private equity consulting firm, we faithfully steward influence and profits to serve the greater needs of our employees, our clients, our families, and our communities. We do this by way of servant leadership to our customers and we do this to honor the values we learned back where it all began.
